About Investments@Work

Investments@Work is founded by Michael Pullens. He's a strategic management consultant, interim manager and CEO, independent family officer, entrepreneur and investor since 1988.
 
He worked at AT Kearney Inc, Management consultants, VODW Marketing consultants and Strategic Development Group, Management consultants on growth and value strategies of companies. For all sizes and sort of companies. Sometimes with a very personal contribution designing new business concepts or realizing alliances. But many times as a managing director for teams of specialists on large change programs focussed at growth. He knows very well what works and what doesn't under various circumstances. He has also experienced the lack of contribution many (supposedly respected) consultancies deliver and the lack of sound decision making processes at the clients side. Waste of money and demotivating your employees. So he's critical on his own contributions and that of others which guarantees investments more than worth the money.
 
Next to that he's been an active investor and founder of a few companies. Always together with other Investors and Entrepreneurs.
 
The combination  of the above makes him the perfect partner for joint operations with Investors(your managing director @work !). And then @work together with Entrepreneurs & Companies.
Where applicable Michael selects associates @work from his broad network to work with him. This makes him an independent and result focussed partner. As an independent family officer he works for entrepreneurial and wealthy families. Thinking, doing and sleeves up mentality.
 
Michael Pullens studied at Nijenrode (BBA), Emory (Goizueta) Business School (MBA), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (MMC) en Harvard Business School (alliance management en board effectiveness program).
